Emailing invoices

Hi wondered if anyone can help. One of my customers has stopped receiving my invoices by email. He hasn't changed anything and neither have I. He has also checked that I am not in the spam list. Any ideas why this would be please ?

Hi Helen,

I have exactly the same problem as you but see that no one responded to your message.

Did you manage to resolve this?

Hi Andrea

For some reason it had gone into their junk mail at their end so they put me back on their safe senders list and next time I logged in it worked.

Thanks Helen,

That's what I suspected, but when I asked them to check their spam / junk folder she said they didn't have one!

I have several customers whom have not received my emails and some of them had gone into spam.
