Hi wondered if anyone can help. One of my customers has stopped receiving my invoices by email. He hasn't changed anything and neither have I. He has also checked that I am not in the spam list. Any ideas why this would be please ?
I have exactly the same problem as you but see that no one responded to your message.

That's what I suspected, but when I asked them to check their spam / junk folder she said they didn't have one!
I have several customers whom have not received my emails and some of them had gone into spam.
