The error message around "no data" is that when you're calculating your VAT Return?

The message around data having errors, is this when you go to File > Maintenance >  Check Data - If so how many errors do you have and what are the errors?

hi IAN, Thanks for that. run and received report with 108 errors. errors start in October but completed vat report without issuesage errors.docx

The errors that you've posted are unfixable and are the reason that your VAT return can no longer generate data. If possible you'd need to restore back to a last known backup that has zero errors. If you don't have a backup I would recommend contacting us via webchat or on 0845 111 5555 to discuss further options.
