I would recommend restarting your computer and then try installing our latest update v25.1.128.0 on all machines including data service and see if that resolves the issue.

Failing this I would reinstall v25.0.76.0 and then apply v25.1.128.0

Hi Ian. Rebooting does not solve it. Should I uninstall the current sage and then reinstall as you suggested? I am just uncertain as to whether I do need to uninstall the existing software? Thanks

Yes you would need to uninstall v25.0.76.0 first and then reinstall v25.0.76.0 and then apply v25.1.128.0.

One final question before I uninstall it please.  I do have an older version of Sage Instant 2014 on my laptop which I wish to keep.  By uninstalling the Essentials software - this will not affect my Instant accounts software will it??

Hi Lynn,

Yes uninstalling Sage 50 Essentials won't affecting Sage Instant Accounts 2014 but when you reinstall Sage 50 Essentials you must make sure you select the New Folder option and select a new directory on the install window rather than the upgrade button. Otherwise it will overwrite your old version of 2014.
