updating your main computer and a remote laptop from v24 to v25

can any one help i had to update my sage accounts 50 because i moved my computer and all of a sudden the sage couldnt recognise the computer.

so i was advised to cahnge and upgrade to v25 of which once i had done that my main computer worked. what i then found was that once i had at the same time updated my laptop a remote system, that wouldnt then work and the error message says

your installation of sage accounts has been upgraded to version 25, but the company data on sage drive is on an earlier version.

before you can access this company on your main siteyou must upgrade sage accountsto version 25 and then convert the data.

can anyone tell me how to do that or what else i need to do?.

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    You mentioned you moved computer, do you know if it was the main site computer or the remote site?

    Are you able to log in on any computer?

    You also mentioned you had upgraded the main and remote site to v25 and on the remote site you’re getting a message. Can you confirm the message says you must upgrade to v25?

    It sounds like both computers are acting as the ‘remote’ site. If you can clarify the above and I’ll confirm your next steps.
