Batch Reporting - Do you know?

I work on the Digital Contact Team here at Sage, I also used to run the Premium health-checks for Sage 50 Accounts before moving to this team. When doing these i was flabbergasted at how many people had no idea about this amazing feature in Sage.  

Batch Reporting will Reduce the time you spend running reports each month, by running multiple reports at once using Batch Reporting. 

To Set up Batch Reporting :- 

  1. On the menu bar click Tools, click Batch Reporting, then click New.
  2. If a Name option appears, enter a name for your batch report.
  3. In Description enter a description.
  4. In the Available Reports pane, browse to and double-click the required reports.
  5. If required, to reorder the reports in the Selected Reports pane, select the report then click Move Up or Move Down.
  6. Click Save As, enter a file name for the batch report, then click Save.
