Is there a Chart of Accounts and nominal codes template specific for small construction companies?

Hi everyone, I am new to bookkeeping and the forum and would be really grateful for some help. 
 I am setting up accounts using Sage 50 for the first time, for my husbands small construction company. 
 Is there a template Chart of Accounts and nominal codes specific to construction companies which I can use? as I have been told the default nominal codes in Sage 50 do not adequately meet the requirements of a building company. For example because of the project based nature of construction the 'Sales/Trading Expenses' Category has elements in there I would expect to see in the 'Overheads/Administration' Category. 
 Any help would be gratefully received!

 Welcome to the Sage Business Community. 
 There isn't a specific chart of accounts template for construction companies. 
 However, if you start with the standard (sole trader, limited company etc.) chart of accounts structure, you can then edit this within the program to suit your needs. For information on how to edit your chart of accounts, click here .
