Hi Antony,

Please select File > Restore > Browse and restore the following file;

C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts\2018\DataRestores\Reports only backup

This will ensure you are using the latest report files.

Unfortunately this does not help. Have also tried opening data on local rather than network drive as well as restoring reports and same issue there.
