You can change transactions from one project to another in Transactions > highlight the relevant transaction > Edit > Edit > change the Project Ref > Close > Save > Yes.

I have a similar problem but it cannot be edited in Transactions as it is a fraction of one transaction line, is there another way around this?  I need to move a few items from once Project to another but they were not itemised individually on initial entry

If you’re not able to edit a transaction to make changes to it then you can reverse it and then repost it with the correct details. You can follow the steps in this guide to do this and to find out more about correcting transactions in the software.

Unfortunately this would not work, as per mentioned in my post, we only need to move a fraction of the transaction line - eg 50 x 70m pipes ordered on one project and only 5 being moved to a different project, the item line just shows 1 item (pack of 50) as it was a bulk price order. I need to calculate the cost of 5 and move them.  I guess the only way is Project Credit the one where the 50 sit and Project Charge where they are being moved!
