Once you set up Sage 50cloud Accounts and upload your data to Office 365, you can use Sage Intelligence to view and create financial reports in Microsoft Excel, based on your accounts data. It's online so you can access and analyse your information anytime, anywhere, including on your smartphone.
You can change or remove a user's access to Sage 50cloud Accounts data in Microsoft Office 365:
Sage Capture is a new feature of Sage 50cloud Accounts which integrates with Microsoft Office 365. It's a mobile app that takes images of invoices, receipts and other documentation and uploads them to Microsoft OneDrive. It's especially useful for recording receipts and expenses when on the road.
As you upload an image you can also enter a related transaction and send this to Sage 50cloud Accounts. The transaction then links to the image for future reference. Sage Capture helps you to move towards a paperless office.
Sage Capture is available for iPhone and Android.
You can also use the Sage 50 Accounts Tracker and Mobile Sales apps with your software.
