I am trying to log into my main computer and it asks me to upload data or log in offline, I choice to upload data and I am told that I cannot access upload to sage drive because another person is logged onto my remote site. I have been to the remote site and know one is logged on and I have even tried logging on there and logging off and that all works fine, but when I get back to the main site I still get the same message, I have tried to log in as the other user on my main computer and it asks if I wish to log off that user from the remote site, when I say yes it tells me that they are busy on an invoice and cannot be removed, can anyone help me please!

To resolve your issue your company needs to be removed from Sage Drive and your data uploaded again. To do this, if you have telephone support you can contact us on 0845 111 5555 for further help. Or if you have online support you can contact us on webchat and we'll arrange for someone to call you back. The online chat option is located in the bottom right corner of the page under Reach out.
