Sage 50cloud Accounts & Microsoft 365 - Cloud backup

As best practice, we recommend taking regular backups of your accounts data. Many customers backup to their computer, USB sticks, server, external hard drives etc. However, what is good practice is to have a disaster recovery process in place for potential worst case scenarios, such as a computer or server getting a virus, a USB getting lost, or computer equipment getting damaged.

Sage 50cloud Accounts has the great feature to be able to integrate with Microsoft 365, which includes being able to take cloud backups. This means less worrying about manually taking backups or whether you've remembered to take the USB stick home on a weekend. With Sage 50cloud Accounts automatically backing up to the cloud, you can download these backups from any location, and you are also notified of any problems with your backup.
