You would have to take a backup of your data first. You can then delete the transaction and re-enter it from subcontractors module instead so that's it's picked up on a CIS return. 

If you're unsure on this though, I recommend you contact us via webchat or give us a call on 0191 479 5955 so we can double check everything you've entered.
