A number of customers think that it would be useful to be able to Write Off Incomplete Sales Orders in the same way as you can Write Off Incomplete Purchase Orders. There is currently no facility in SOP to write off incomplete sales orders. Current Functionality in POP > POP Maintenance > Write Off Incomplete Orders or Write Off Incomplete Returns - you can select to write off single orders/returns on all orders/returns up to a date, and select the nominal account that you want the write off to post to
