Multiple purchase order layouts

There is currently no option to select an alternative purchase order layout at the point of printing. We are having to change the POP layout in settings, print the order, then restore these to the default layout. When printing a sales invoice there is a drop down option to select alternative layouts, please could this feature be applied for purchase order processing?

  • Similar where a customer wants a totyal different layout to print i.e. Line detail section to have some totally different text to print, so not sure this could be covered with conditional formatting easily. An Alternate layout which is triggered at PO Level or even supplier document type tab would defo be required in this scenario.

    This is a good idea. We currenlty have a work around where we use conditional formatting in report design so the layout alters certain text/variables when printed. Speak to your business partner about the workaround if you haven't done so already.
