We have rolled out the purchase requisitions to our budget holders across our Academy School sites following the centralisation of our Finance Team and it would be useful for them to be able to add attachments particularly quotes for items over a certain limit. At the moment they are going to have to send a follow up email to the Finance Team with the quotes. The ability to attach documents would speed up the purchasing process and keep things tidy and all in one place for audit.
