Error message 'Contract Failure'

Question

Does anyone know what the term 'Contract Failure' may relate to in Sage. 
 We have a couple of bespoke elements working in a customers Sage software where Sage is bringing up this error message.

Hi Amanda,

Does the issue only occur on the bespoke elements? If so I would contact your developer or whoever provides them?

If it also happens within the program, i would suggest maybe removing the bespoke elements to see if the program still gets them?

If so I would give your partner a call so they can help troubleshoot the issue.
