Export report in data format doesn't export the sub-report content?

Hi,

I notice if I try and export a report from Sage 200 (custom report) in the data format I don't get any of the sub-report info. Yet if I export the report as a normal Excel report its all there (all be it in a useless layout) is this something I am doing wrong?

    Hi,

    Sorry about the delay in replying to your post. Any subreports within Sage 200 cannot be export using the data to excel option. This is by design, the data to excel option will give you the raw data in the report. Any calculations or custom fields are also not exported.

    If you wish to format your report to output to Excel in an easier to read format, we have this article which will help you format your report to export to Excel.
