POP Queries (Notifications)

Hi, when I go into the workspace 'Purchase Order Notifications' not all the notifications are appearing?

Also, there seems to be a delay on the emails but its so random? Does anyone have any idea why this is?

    Hello Kate, 

    Very sorry for the late reply. 

    Purchase order notifications appear based on who is set up as an authoriser so should appear on your list if you are one for those orders. 

    In regards to your email issue if you are still experience problems please give our helpline a call on 0191 479 5955 if you are are a standard/education customer or if this is for 200 professional or extra please contact your business partner.
