Sage 200 service disconnected logins

Has there been a fix for the disconnected login issue yet?

Maybe if I add some more detail it may help? I have been advised by our software supplier that the problem we have whereby ID4 Sage200service is automatically creating disconnected logins twice every 5 minutes, that's around 580 disconnected logins each day. is a known system bug. Does anyone know whether there is a fix for this as it is time consuming deleting them all the time and they slow the system down if you don't keep on top of them.

    Just had a client on about this again today
    My client had no reason to go near the User Login Status in a number of months, but today could not close month end as a user was disconnected

    They could not get access to the "User Login Status" as there were so many records from the Sage200Services CRM integration
    (102,000 disconnections to be exact)
    So Sage 200 kept crashing trying to assess the User Login Status window

    Its a known issue ID 7024 - and doesn't look like there is any fix on it yet....

    Hi Paul,

    Our new service provider has written a programme that deals with this for us so we don't have them mounting up anymore.

    I'm thinking we'll have to do the same, as it doesn't look like it will be fixed anytime soon.
    Once there is a workaround on the Known Issue no matter how long it takes, its not prioritised for fix unfortunately
