It would be really useful to be able to view an audit trail of budgets for an individual nominal code/dept - to be able to see original budget, changes up / down since then with current budget showing as a result of these changes. Vital for the education/academy users!

A narrative linked to each budget import file (which appears on the audit trail) would also be very useful
