Errors: Dependent class is invalid and needs recompilation

Hi,

We're using a 3rd party app (Causeview) in SalesForce which also has Sage Financials however getting the following errors generated by Sage Triggers/Classes.

Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY,

s2cor.Sage_COR_Task_Trigger: execution of AfterInsert caused by: line 260, column 17: Dependent class is invalid and needs recompilation:

Class s2cor.Sage_COR_Task_Trigger_Handler : Dependent class is invalid and needs recompilation:

Class s2cor.Sage_COR_Cache : Dependent class is invalid and needs recompilation:

Class s2cor.Sage_COR_ObjectUtilities : Dependent class is invalid and needs recompilation:

Class s2cor.Sage_COR_Lightning_Helper : Dependent class is invalid and needs recompilation:

Class s2cor.SFN_ACC_JournalCtrl : Dependent class is invalid and needs recompilation:

Class s2cor.Sage_COR_Base_Grid_Manager : Dependent class is invalid and needs recompilation:

Class s2cor.Sage_COR_Transaction_Item_Grid_Manager : Invalid type: RecentlyViewed: []

The Error is being generated when upserting a Contact and adding other Custom object/record data into the Causeview App.

Can anyone comment on the cause of the issue and possible solutions to resolve?

We've been told by Sage support (CASE-00086271) to post here and suggested that possibly the Causeview classes need to be updated to 30+, however SF still supports older versions of these classes .

The Causeview classes write to SF and not to other apps.  To address the issue, does Sage need to update trigger/classes or is there something else that should be looked at?

Are the 'Dependent class is invalid and needs recompilation' errors specifically the Sage classes?

We have recompiled all classes in the org and still getting the error.

I appreciate any insight that can be offered!

Thanks!

AJ
