We usually change our Quotations to Sales Invoices but I wanted to try changing a Quotation to a Sales Order so I can create a delivery note.
I went to Settings/Invoice & Order Defaults and changed 'Convert quotes to' SALES ORDERS but it didn't seem to work - any ideas ?
Which product is this for?
I usually create a quotation under 'Service' and not 'Product'.
Perhaps this is the problem ?
Possibly but we would need to investigate. So I can check this out, which Sage product is this for i.e. Accounting, Sage 50 etc and in which country?
This is for Sage 50 Accounts Professional and UK.
I use ‘service’ when raising a quotation because I’m not sure if you can issue an invoice to a Project unless you do this ??
We would now like to be able to issue both Service Orders and Invoices from our quotations.
