Sage Connection Issue After ISP Provider change

We have a Sage X3 system running here. I inherited it from a previous manager. We just upgraded our internet provider so with that change our external IP address changed. They installed the desktop client on the user's desktops. I had them point to the new ip address within the client. The internal users are having no problems. The remote users are having an issue. The client connects to the system. They can query and pull data. But they are having one issue. When they go to print a report they get an error. Incorrect Logon Parameters. From what I can see and my limited experience with Sage, it appears that it it tring to open a Crystal Report, to preview the report, but that is where the error is getting thrown.

Is there some setting that I'm missing that needs to be updated if I changed the external IP address? Some config setting?
