We are interacting with Sage through a separate web application using the import/export APIs. However, we are running into an issue where, at times, POs are getting locked by the web process and not releasing the record. Is there a way, through the API to detect if a file is locked, and if so, is there a way to unlock it again?
You can detect locked items by selecting the table APLLCK. You can delock the object by deleting the corresponding record!

You can write a custimized code, which is executed during the import.
