I am trying to get a report that shows each department to show up on the same report. So far, I can only choose from a drop down box and merges all the data. I want it broken out by department for my client. I believe in Sage 50n you could do this.

In case you are still looking for an answer, click the following under reports ( follow the blue below)
This will lead to a new screen where you can choose which departments to show on the report. Each department will show up separately, with it's own Revenue and expenditures.
At the bottom of the screen are options on what to include in the report:
