Authentication Error

I recently purchased Sage 50 so I can log in any where.  When I go to log in on the website (Sage) and try to go into Sage Accounting it comes up with "Authentication Error"  how can I fix this.  Tried calling the help line but they are not open.

    Hi ,

    Since it looks like you are using Sage Accounting, I am going to move this post to that Support Group so that other users of this software will see it and can offer you their thoughts and insight.

    Note that Sage 50 is a desktop software, so if you are trying to log on to Sage Accounting using the sage.com website and getting an "Authentication error" please see this alternate post with some suggestions based on the browser you're using.
