why did sage create two invoices when I had to change a rate

Question

I happened to have to change the rate that I usually charge while creating an invoice. I clicked on the rate, changed it, then saved. Sage created two invoices ...why? how do I correct this?

 Editing an invoice by changing the exchange rate should not create a new invoice. Unless you used a Copy function in which a new invoice number will be issued upon saving the transaction 
 At the moment you can void one of the duplicate invoices by Open the Invoice, clicking Void
