there is no way to combine the two records into one. I will suggest to select one record, going forward post transactions into that record only.

Thanks. I thought so, but I had to print two T4As for this vendor and then CRA wouldn't allow me to submit electronically. I just sent it in by mail that way with a note on it about her change of name. I am glad you confirmed for me. Thanks!
