BMO bank not connecting???

anyone else having this issue currently. i have spoken to BMO and they have had many many calls from SAGE clients with this issue and continue to say it is not a problem on their end. i tried the fix in the posts above, on three different browsers, and it didn't work. I have talked to 2 different tech support people who say it is BMO, and I have tried to contact them again, showing the link below, and they are now ghosting me. 

  • Same here with RBC... Only main account will update, not secondary account nor credit cards. Still on the trial version, and this is NOT looking good for me buying the real version... Tried disconnecting and reconnecting. The main bank account updated again... in the credit card sage account... No answer from service (sent an email 5 days ago... )
