System Error: 605.0.1265 in pvsw.log file

BusinessVision has stopped working again and I have noticed a new error in the pvsw.log file:

System Error: 605.0.1265

I have searched through the knowledgebase and support forum and couldn't find any help on the issue. Has anyone encountered this before? Any tips on how to fix?

  • This message is the result when the path to the database is not connected or the mapping has been lost.

    So when you get the login screen and the company is listed look below to the working directory and note the path.

    Make sure you are able to access this path through MY COMPUTER. If not please have your IT person remap to the database folder on the server. Hope this helps
