Our inventory is in parts bins on the shelves sorted by product code and then part # I envision batching out of BV by product code to a paper report Taking that report and physically counting the parts Updating the report and importing that batch back into BV While doing this, we are going to take a picture of each part and I don't know the process for incorporating the images back into BV Regards, Dave

Hello,

We have to take inventory and any advice you have is appreciated.

Our inventory is in parts bins on the shelves sorted by product code and then part #
I envision batching out of BV by product code to a paper report
Taking that report and physically counting the parts
Updating the report and importing that batch back into BV
While doing this, we are going to take a picture of each part and I don't know the process for incorporating the images back into BV

Images may be entered manually by browsing the inventory item in the program and clicking the Image TAB then using the Select option in the lower left corner to choose the Image. Please remember that the images should be in Jpg format and it is good practice to have all images in the same folder.

You may also import images into the Program using the standard import function in the program,

The manual option is the preferred way.
