An error has occurred while trying to access data

Version: V7.92.12

I am frequently getting a file access error which requires me to terminate my instance of Business Vision.    I must also have someone log in to "log out" my user ID as it's still active in software.

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, do you have a suggestion for the solution?
