Export

Currently, Export is greyed out for one of our users.  Is there a way to turn on Export for a specific user? We do not want to turn on Import, just export.

    Hi @Chris2,

    Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find an answer to your question? KB 105623 states that a User ID must have permission to the export feature.

    Resolution

    To enable the export item in Sage BusinessVision.

    1. Must be signed in as a Priority Level 9 users.
    2. Click Utilities, System Manager, User ID
    3. Select User ID to grant Export option.
    4. Click Access, Utilities (Click on the word Utilities not the checkbox).
    5. Change Permission for Export Data to Yes.
    6. Click Save icon.

    User will now have export option under file.
