There is an error in the committed and back-ordered inventory report that causes it to list the same item multiple times for the same order number for some orders which makes the report useless.  What it is doing is that if there is more than one ship to address listed it is then taking the items and showing them in the report however many times there are addresses (if you have 3 ship to addresses then the report would show that item on three lines and add it into the item total)  I have told staff that they must only have one ship to address so that the purchasers can use the report.  Hope this helps someone!
