try setting to print to screen

once the pages are up on screen export them to one of the document types on the drop down list.

choose to create a disk file or open in the program of your choice.

send or access the file via your preferred method to your devices which support your selected document type, such as phones, tablets or laptop.

I believe you will have to manually enter the info back to your inventory as there does not seem to be an import for this, maybe someone else can confirm that.
