This communication is to confirm that Sage currently plans to continue support and maintenance for our Sage BusinessVision solution. Customers will have continued access to their BusinessVision system and historical data.
An old issue that may have prevented users from logging in after December 31st, 2020 has long since been fixed in the 2017 (v7.8) version of the product. This was documented and communicated in Sage Knowledgebase Article 77242. All Sage BusinessVision customers with active BusinessCare plans are entitled to update to v7.9, our most recent version. For more information on upgrading and activation codes, please contact your Sage support or sales representatives.
Any statements or claims made by third parties about Sage BusinessVision that conflict with this communication are incorrect.
At Sage, we value our customers and their experience with our solutions and we continue to invest in our BusinessVision customer’s success with bug fixes and updates to the product, such as the recent July 2019 compliance updates to the payroll module.
