WorkSafe requires every employer to report their Assessible earnings. This is either done as an Actual Assessable earnings on a monthly or in some cases an annual basis.
We must run a payroll report to see when an employee reaches the Gross amount outlined by WorkSafe. The Maximum Amount varies by province. This could be updated in the same fashion that we update WHSCC or Tax Tables.
Since Sage 50 must report their employees' earnings why can they not make it readily available to the Sage Users?
PLEASE CREATE A WORKSAFE MAXIMUM ASSESSIBLE EARNINGS REPORT. Please give us the ability to run the mandatory reports requested by both the CRA and WorkSafe.
