The tech support needs to be more available. 3 times today I have had level 1 support contact me, try and put me through to level 2 where I have to wait and just leave my call back #. I then get another call back from level 1 who does the same thing. When I ask for level 2 assistance and say I have 8 open cases for the same issue trust me that I need level 2. Support has become pretty much non-existent. It's ridiculous you have to continually call just to be able to leave a call back #! People pay good money for tech support!
