Crenwick: It sounds like your problem has to do with Payroll but you have not explained it fully or provided the exact error message. If you purchased Sage 50 2018 and had payroll active it would only be active until the next tax table updates are issued. To maintain payroll usage you must have a support plan which includes payroll updates. Once the support plan is no longer active, the payroll module ceases to function. If you wish to regularly use the Payroll Module and have an active support plan for it then Sage 50 will support your program once all updates have been made to the program.

Thank you. I didn’t mean to have payroll active as we only use the software for its basic functions as we are a small family business. Is there a way to disengage that feature to allow me to progress. Thanks.
