Print Screen:

There are database and connection manager .LOG files in the Company data folder on the server.

They may help explain why the database engine had stopped running.

What version of Windows is running on the server? Is there anything on the server's event log indicating a problem?

I had a problem with a consultant running a Group Policy that (among other things) would delete all the drive mappings and re-create them, several times a day.  Once we convinced them that they really were causing the problem, they reluctantly stopped doing it and we had a lot fewer problems with users being disconnected from Sage 50.

I have changed the GPO for the network drive to set it to Cretate only and it seems to have worked. Thanks a lot for your help.

I got a new error in Sage 50. If i left Sage 50 open for a couple of hours, Ive got this error:

I will disable the Power Management on the system to avoid the computer going on screen saver and login screen. I hope this will solve this issue.

Also, if you have the hard drive(s) and network card(s) going into sleep mode as well, you should turn those off in Power Management.
