Simply 2012 and Windows 8

I have a client who bought a new laptop with Windows 8 and she installed her Simply Accounting 2012. She is having problems printing from Simply. She is able to print from other programs, but not Simply. She doesn't really want to upgrade at this time. Is there a fix for this?? Thanks.

I'm not aware of a general problem with SA 2012 and Windows 8 that prevents printing.

Does it work if she chooses 'Microsoft XPS Writer' as the printer? This should feed the data into a file that can be opened as a sort of document.
