I been trying unsuccessfully to install SA2009 from my PC (XP) to my laptop (Vista). I can open up the sample company on my laptop. When I try to open my company either from file or back-up I get the following message.

" This data has been updated to a new file format and is now incompatible with this version of the software. Once you upgarde data to a newer version, it works with the new version only "

Any & all info is greatly appreicated . . . is the above message with reference to my simply database data or XP to Vista ? or . . . .
