SAGE 50 2016.0 SDK Unable to open company database with sample source code

 Anybody has an idea? Code compiles fine, using Visual Studio 2015, .NET framework 4, The program exits normally and shows Unable to open company file.

    The precompiled sample.exe ran fine on my system.  It ran fine on VB 2010 and when I opened it with VB 2015, it gave me the following error

    The primary reference "Simply.ConnectionManagerService, Version=15.0.0.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=bfd98eaca3f932d5, processorArchitecture=x86" could not be resolved because it has an indirect dependency on the assembly "Sage_SA.Work, Version=1.0.0.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=04796331da23c125" which was built against the ".NETFramework,Version=v4.5.2" framework. This is a higher version than the currently targeted framework ".NETFramework,Version=v4.0".

    Sample

    So I followed the instructions and upgraded the target framework and it ran without problems.  I do have the SACM 5.2 because I have installed 2016.2.
