A asked that very question on Sept 30, after the Sept 18 release of 2014.1.   The response was:

"Not to the public.  This will happened later this week.  It has been provided to our Sage Silver Level and higher Development Partners."

I tried again in a couple weeks and the new version was there.    

In previous years they seemingly updated the 'free' SDK once a year, so it was pretty much made useless by the first payroll update of the year which came out a few weeks after the SDK.  That seems to have changed.

I emailed Paul Little from Sage, and he provided me a link to the 2014.2 release.

Yes PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can we have the link to the new SDK. I'm a small developer over in Australia and my customer in Canada is now of the air as he now cannot import data because he upgraded his Sage 50. I tried filling out the form again and then downloading the SDK, but it just gives me the old SDK.

Will small developers continue to have to play Sage's version of the Cups and Balls game for every update to Sage 50?

Scroll down and you will see Program levels.  Please click on the + sign and you will see the link to download Sage 50 Accounting Canada SDK.

After you click on it, please fill up the popup form and click Submit.  Then, you will see the the SDK download from 2013 up to 2014.3.
