Latest SDK (21.10.0.1)

I'm looking for the latest version of the SDK. I thought I was working with it, but I get the error msg: The company file cannot be opened because it's (sic) version (21.10.0.1) is not compatible with the application (20.20.0.1).

Can someone point me to the newest .net SDK?
