Migration de Sage50 2016 vers Cloud alors que mon mot de passe ne fonctionne pas!

Lors de la migration de mon programme Sage50 Pro 2016 vers mon nouveau Sage 50 Cloud tout frais, mes codes d’authentification d’administrateur de mon logiciel ne fonctionnent pas…je bloque donc à l’étape 2 sur 6 de la migration…comment puis-je poursuivre ?

    To complete a transfer of this type you need to be logged on to the computer as an Administrator so that you have full access to be able to read and write the files to the computer. If this isn't the problem please let us know what error message you are getting so we have a better chance at steering the response in the right direction.
