Sage 50 Bank Feeds - Match Transactions Transaction Period Can not change date

HI,

We have recently set up the Sage 50 Canadian Bank Feeds, and they worked perfectly for the first day. Now, we can not change the Transaction period in the Match Transactions window, so no new transactions are being downloaded. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue, and how it was resolved? Wondering if there is a time each day that transactions for the previous day are made avaialble? Is it dependent on which bank, etc?

Hi Rebecca:

Are you matching daily? If so, different banks post at different times. I have always uploaded the bank transactions monthly based upon the bank statement date. You may want to use the reconciliation module directly to upload your banking transactions rather than the Match Bank Transactions icon. I haven't encountered this issue yet!

Yes - I have to do it daily in order to ensure cash planning is accurate. I'll keep trying!
