Historical Transactions

Hi,

I have historical transactions from 2014 in my Credit Card Reconciliation. I have reversed most but there are 3 transactions from 2014 and I am not sure how to get rid of them. The amount is material and I cant just book to credit card charges.

I have gone to the setup, reconciliations, and cannot remove the fiscal year 2014.

Hi Theresa:

In order to clear out the reconciliation you will need to put in a reversing entry for the previous transactions to where they were originally charged or to some adjustment account. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the answer but there really isn't an adjustment account. I don't want it to effect R/E. I will put some more thought into it.
