Programming .IMP file for import

We will be implementing a custom-built business software shortly. The programmers are trying to program for the export of data to the .IMP file. We have run a test and I received error codes and it would not import. I am not sure what we are missing. They tried to use the data they found from Sage Support online. I am using Sage 50 Canadian Accountant Edition - Release 2018.1

Unfortunately because you chose to keep the errors a secret, it's going to be hard to help you.

On cursory look your date format is in MySQL datetime format instead of US standard date format (and yes I get the irony that this is a Canadian program), your line item taxes appear to be incorrectly formatted and I have never used the version codes on one line before, I always use three.
