We use CIBC Cash Management Online as well.  I select the EFT 80 file import, then choose the file which is the file with PRDIXXXX, Xs referring to numbers.  (There is no need to convert it.)  Then click File Import.  If you are using 2 people to process the payroll; one to upload and one to approve, I don't see the uploaded file until the 2nd person signs in to do the approval.
